Refund Policy

Planned refund window

When Pro Lifetime purchases open, customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase by emailing fanespra@gmail.com from the checkout email address and including the order ID.

Other refund requests

We will also review requests involving duplicate charges, an accidental purchase, or a Pro entitlement that cannot be activated and cannot be fixed by support. Approved refunds deactivate the Pro entitlement for that order; saved session data remains in the customer's browser.

Processing

Our target is to submit an approved refund to the payment provider within 10 business days. The provider or bank may take additional time to post the funds. Any payment-provider terms that give the customer a more favorable refund right also apply.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. The final policy, seller details, price, and checkout terms will be shown before payment becomes available.
